Appeal for Vimanam (Gopuram) Construction

Construction of 132 Ft high unique Maharashtrian style (called "Hemandapanthi") Vimanam (Gopuram) by the Sthapathi (Architect) crew from Pandarpur has commenced on September 26th, the auspicious Pradhista Dhina Uthsavam day. The Vimanam consists of 9 levels and is expected to be an eighteen (18) months project. The cost of this project is estimated to be approximately 99 Lakhs (INR) with detailed estimates of each level starting from the base level as outlined below. Bhakthas have already volunteered to contribute for the levels 1 and 8 (18 Lakhs & 6.5 Lakhs respectively). Level 9 estimated as 5 Lakhs, the peak of the Vimanam will glow on Sri Vittaldas Maharaj's Unchavrithi Dharma. NRIs are given a golden opportunity to participate in this great deed by volunteering for Level 2 costing Rs.16 Lakhs.
